Terms of use
**I. Subject**
**Art. 1.** These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms," regulate the relationship between BAIKOV STUDIOS EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," the owner of the online store https://peterbaykov.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store," and each of the users/customers of the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the "User/s."

**III. General Provisions**
**Art. 3.** The Online Store operates under the rules described in these General Terms.
**Art. 4.** The Provider does not guarantee the continuous operation of the Online Store or that it is free of errors.
**Art. 5.** The Provider reserves the right to interrupt access to part or all of the Online Store without User consent, for an unlimited period, whether planned or incidental, and bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such interruptions.
**Art. 6.** The Provider reserves the right to change the structure and/or content of the Online Store without prior notice.
**IV. Features and Use of the Online Store**
**Art. 7.** The main features of the services provided to Users by the Provider through the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as "Services," are as follows:
1. The Provider enables Users to view and share the content published on the Online Store. The Provider provides information about itself, its team, the services it offers, current offers, informational articles, contacts, presentations of its clients and partners, and more.
2. The Provider enables the generation of electronic inquiries via email using functional inquiry forms within the Online Store. Users must complete the fields specified by the Provider and click the "Send" button. By using this service, Users are deemed informed and accept that sending an inquiry does not automatically establish a contract between the User and the Provider. A contract is considered concluded only after the Provider sends a confirmation.
3. The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond to inquiries or the timeframe within which a response will be provided.
4. The Provider enables the generation of electronic inquiries via the User’s email client through functional links on the Online Store. Users must click on a link where the Provider’s email address is displayed to open a new message window in their device’s email client.
5. The Provider provides a search function for text content within the Online Store. Users can enter the desired word/phrase in the search field and press the search button/icon or the Enter/Go key. The Online Store will display a list of results containing the search terms.
6. The Provider allows Users to post content, comments, reviews, opinions, and ratings. By posting these, Users grant the Provider free consent to use, publish, and distribute the content.
7. The Provider offers filtering options to narrow down the results for products available on the viewed page based on predefined product characteristics.
**Art. 8.** Through the Online Store, Users can enter into purchase agreements for goods offered in the Online Store.
**Art. 9.**
1. By accepting the General Terms, the User and the Provider agree that all statements related to the conclusion and execution of purchase agreements for goods in the Online Store may be conducted electronically and via electronic statements under the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Art. 11 of the E-Commerce Act.
2. If Users access the Online Store via registration, entering their username and password, electronic statements are presumed to be made by the individuals whose data is provided during registration.
**Art. 10.**
1. Users may browse the Online Store freely without registration.
2. To use the Online Store with registration, Users must register and enter a username and password.
3. The username is based on the email address provided during registration, while the password is set by the User.
4. During registration, Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
5. Users consent to these General Terms by completing their registration data and clicking the "Register" button.
**Art. 11.** The main characteristics of goods offered in the Online Store are described.
**Art. 12.**
1. Prices in the Online Store are final and include all taxes and fees, valid at the time of publication.
2. Delivery costs are not included in product prices.
**V. Steps to Conclude a Purchase Agreement**
**Art. 13.**
1. Users use the Online Store to conclude purchase agreements for goods.
2. Agreements are concluded in Bulgarian.
3. The party to the agreement with the Provider is the User based on the registration data.
4. The Online Store has mechanisms to detect and correct errors before the agreement is finalized.
5. Purchase agreements are deemed concluded upon the Provider’s confirmation of the User’s order.

**VI. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement**
**Art. 16.**
1. Users have the right to withdraw from purchase agreements within 14 days without penalty or explanation from the date of receiving the goods.
2. Users may exercise this right using a standard withdrawal form according to the relevant legislation.
